#7 Google Books
I love Google Books which provides so much accessible information and is a treasure trove for teacher-librarians. Just for fun I searched using Jackie French and came up with "Let's Read History with Jackie French."

Jackie French books are great. I saw a documentary on her some time ago and discovered that she actually puts a lot of real historical research into her books - then after reading one about he Gold Rush was most impressed. Google books is good but wait till you discover the Library Thing! whewww I am loving it!
